Libraries not populating to other accounts

Hello,

I added my son’s Plex account to my server so he can have his own profile that roams with him between devices.

It all worked great until I decided to add a new library called Family. It shows up on MY account just fine, but for some reason this library isn’t even an option to select when editing other user’s library lists.

I go to Plex Home, select his account, click Edit to add this new library but it’s not in the list.

If I go to Manage > Libraries… The Family library is there, and it’s settings are all identical to each other library.

Reboot your server machine.

Thank you for the suggestion, my NAS hasn’t been rebooted in a bit.

Now the Family library is available to select for users, and I confirmed it is visible.

Sometimes we overlook the simple fixes. Thank you for the tip :slight_smile:
