Libraries not showing, but Collections are. Files are Greyed out, Folders show available

As of a few days ago Plex only shows my Collections and not my Libraries. If I try to add a library, the media, if it is a File is Greyed out, if it is a Folder it shows up. I have changed the permissions and still the file are greyed out.

I can go to the Collections and select a movie and it plays. I also can search for a title and it finds it and plays.

Maybe worth noting, I recently installed Windows 11.

Any ideas?
