Library disappeared from settings

Hi there, I tried to view something from my library on Plex but the option for my own media has disappeared. I’m here in the settings but there’s no option for me to add my own libraries. I’ve been using Plex for years with no issues, but it’s all suddenly vanished. Any suggestions as to what happened?

In Authorised Devices my server is listed.

In terms of local network permission from browser, I have changed the setting in Chrome and allowed this. But it still says it can’t connect to the server securely?

Sounds like a network setting might have changed. Access your server directly through its ip address and make sure remote access is working.

Yeah please make sure the browser also have local access permission for the local URL as well and see if that works there.

Possible you might need to change DNS from your ISPs to something like Google DNS or Cloudflare public DNS which may solve the the secure connection thing

I am having this exact issue on macOS. My server keeps disappearing, and I have to manually restart it once or twice a day. I have already changed my DNS settings to Cloudflare and Google, so the issue doesn’t seem to be coming from there.

@LeRoyaumeDesPoros your account shows you have many servers which one is it?
