I just install it and i have subscribe the premium
however My Library is empty , and i do not understand where this going wrong, please help …

We can’t see what you posted to google.
You can upload it here and later EDIT it to delete it.
If Plex can’t see your media –
Control Panel - Shared Folders - EDIT (each share containing media) - Permissions tab
Give user plex permission to read it & save the changes.
first things first… and just to confirm there’s no major confusion:
you do have actual media on your server that Plex can show?
If you don’t, all you get from Plex is a number of online media sources (news, podcasts, web shows and the new video-on-demand):
