Library is not finding files

Server Version#:1.29.1.6316
Player Version#: web version
Had to reinstall my TrueNas system.
So readding the files fine.
Installed Plex on the TrueNas fine.
But when I go to the web app I can’t seem to locate them.
I add every library link I can figure out and still nothing.
My files are located at mnt (\TRUENAS)(M:)/media as the image below shows

Any help please I am going on a vacation and don’t want to lug a hard drive around.
When I set this up a year ago it was easy. And I just did the mnt drive or mnt/media.
Now I am lost…

Normally issues like this are permissions-related. The files need to be either owned by the user “plex” or have auxiliary permissions for the user or group “plex”. You’d want the permissions to be inheritable so when you add new content it also gets these permissions.

I think you may be looking in the wrong place depending on where you mounted your storage to the Plex-jail.

When you initially hit the add folder button this is what should come up;

That path is to the Plex server itself, not the mounted storage. To get to that you must 1st click on the “/” to go to the jails root storage path;

Then I go to MEDIA because that is where I mounted my files in the jail.

Then I drill down through the directories like normal to add specific directories to the library.

You may also want to check your mount points in your Plex Jail to see if you have mounted them correctly.

Hope that helps.

ugg.
Ok so facepalm over here… I forgot to do the mount points completely…
Thank you that fixed it.
