Oh you have spaces so do: ls -la “/mnt/WinShare/Media/Films/Glass (2019) [BluRay] [1080p] [YTS.AM]” Anyway, on the Plex library this is the address you should use: /mnt/WinShare/Media/Films/

Yes that is what I thought and tried but no media files are there under Films in Plex. This why i have tried other combinations to if they picked up the media files, but they didn’t

add /mnt/WinShare/Media/Films as a path in your library, preform a scan, and then upload your server logs. EDIT Is plex running on the same computer that you are running these commands or is it running on a NAS?

Plex is running on TrueNAS Scale 24.04, all my media files are on the NAS.

He means the plex logs. In the plex server settings there’s a button to download the logs.
