Limited bandwidth on some clients?

Hi, I’ve been dealing with a weird issue on my plex server for some months now. On some of my clients, the bandwidth is limited to about 18 Mbps, this results in a lot of buffering. I have checked the client settings multiple times, and quality is set to max, with no bandwidth limits. Same thing on my server, no caps, and direct play only, so this is not a transcoding issue.

The weird part is that, on my local network, the issue happens on one of my laptops, but not the other. The settings are the same, playing the same file, and both macOS.

I have tried disabling relay on my server but it didn’t fix the issue.

Any ideas of what I can do?
