Live Playback has stopped.....error

I am getting this play back error while watching live TV on the Nividia Shield TV every so often.

“Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.”

I have a windows 10 PC running the latest plex server. I have the hauppage into-quadhd tuner. I have the pic and the shield connect via 1Gigabit router directly plugged in.

I was running a hauppauge winter hvr 2250 duel and I do not recall getting that error with it. I would have to read it to confirm but I don’t think so.

When this happens, I’m just watching live tv and after a short time it errors. There was no recording at the time.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Still having constant issues watching live TV from inside the plex app on my Nvidia Shield TV. This morning it happened every few minutes. I end up getting out and watching live tv with Live Channels. It works much better. Is the a app issue or a server issue?

Could it be the Plex App having the issue?
