Live TV and DVR Wont go past Postal code and language

sing the latest Plex Media Server available, (I updated last night), I went to readd my Live TV / DVR and I got right through all the settings but when I hit Language / Postal Code I put in the code and it comes up blank. Nothing loads. So (Continue) stays greyed out. Didnt have this issue a few months ago with an older version.
Using Homerun HD Prime if that makes any difference

There has been a change in DVR EPG provider that came in on 1st July. The minimum version of Plex Media Server is 1.16.

Please upgrade from your current 1.15.5 version to 1.16.5.1488 - the current version of Plex Media Server
