Hello, I have removed access to my child’s profile for Live TV both from my tuner and from Plex. One of my children still has access but the other doesn’t have access. Settings for both profiles are identical and I have removed access from all server side menus. I have also deleted the player apps from the their tablets and reinstalled only to have the live tv show up again in my kids UI. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my child currently has full access to inappropriate content!

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Then enter https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home
and click on the user name of your first kid.
Click on “Restrictions” at the top and set “Live TV & DVR Access” accordingly.
Repeat for the second kid.
Important:
if you have something in “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”
(under Settings - [server] - ‘Show Advanced’ - Network)
ensure that the client devices of your kids are NOT included in the addresses or address range you have put in there.
To ensure that the new policies are correctly loaded by your kids’ devices, perform a “Switch User” back and forth on each of their devices.
