Hey all,

Approximately a week ago, I noticed that I had lost a lot of channels in my guide when scrolling through.

Specifically in NSW / Sydney / Central Coast, I had all of the Sydney channels and Central Coast channels (NBN, 7 Sydney, Prime, 10 etc). But now, when I look at my DVR setup, I can only select the Freeview guide for either Central Coast or Sydney. This means that when I tune in to the Freeview Central Coast guide I get NBN, Prime, but then I lose channel 10 from the Sydney guide, and vice-versa.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Im having a similar issue in NSW \ Dubbo \ Orange, I lost ABC and SBS channel guide, channels show up in my tuned channel list, no corresponding EPG for said channels.
I have submitted the Gracenote EPG Data Issue form for both channels.
Is there any other information that is required.

Problem exists in Toowoomba as well. ABC and SBS cannot be mapped to EPG and other channels show up as being in other cities (eg Cairns).

I have submitted a Gracenote form using the link in the previous post. The problem started 10 days ago.

Sometime over the past few days something has changed. Tuning into Freeview - Central Coast I was getting 16 channels whereas now I’m getting 26. I can now get the Central Coast and Sydney channels at the same time.
