Live TV /DVR only admin can use it, WHY?

I mean access permission to a library. On the ‘SHARED LIBRARIES’ tab.

I still think the problem is my Plex account.
When the client checks for an active Plex Pass it’s not getting the correct results so It won’t show the Plex Pass options.

yeah something was wonky with your account. strange it let you set up DVR in the first place but it is fixed. might have to close browser or restart server so it picks up PP properly but please try again
