am in Canada in the province of Quebec, situated at the postal code H8S 3R5. The first issue is that a major local channel is missing from the lineup when using this postal code. (10.1 CFTM-DT in the attached screenshot).

I have referred this to Gracenote to add the channel to the OTA Local Broadcast Listings lineup for your post code

The second issue, and the biggest one, is that the guide is full of holes for the channel 2.1 Société Radio-Canada (CBFTDT). Those show up as “Diffusion inconnue” (in french), I believe this is “Unknown Airing” in English. Those unknown airings are showing up at random times every day of the week.

This is a data ingestion issue at our end caused by delayed availability of program data from Gracenote resulting in gaps in our schedules. I have added a note to the open issue with our data ingestion engineering team to say that this is happening still
