Please in future give the exact name of the lineup/guide that is in use - this should be displayed at the top of the DVR Settings page in Plex Web

Yes the 25.2 and 23.3 channels are now showing the correct line up. The 25.8 is still missing. Thank you for your help.

Per this page I have an EPG issue to report.
Problem: Missing sub-channels
Lineup name: HDHomeRun Connect Duo, also HDHomeRun Dual (I have two tuners)
Channel number and name: several
4.1 listed twice with different call letters and station names (StartTV KOLNDT2 and NBC, KSNBDT)
4.2 listed twice with different call letters/station names (CourtTV KOLNDT3 and MeTV KSNBDT2)
4.5 listed as Oxygen on the guide, tunes to 4.5 CW Plus KSNBDT4
7.6 QVC has no corresponding EPG entry
8.1 listed twice, one as KLKNDT and one as KLKNLD
8.2 lisetd twice, KLKNLD2 and KLKNDT2
8.6 listed as Bounce, EPG labels as 8.6 Independent KLKNDT8
10.2 listed as StartTV, no corresponding EPG entry
10.3 listed as CourtTV, no corresponding EPG entry
10.6 listed as TCN, EPG says Bounce TV KLKNDT6, and listed twice
12.5 listed as NE-FNX, no corresponding EPG entry

It’s actually Charter Spectrum (642 channels) and it’s not at the top of the DVR settings. The only place I see it is in channel matching which is why I didn’t report it because the instructions were wrong.
I just refreshed my guide for the over-the-air broadcast of St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN. The channel 2.3 (TPT Life - KTCADT3 maybe) is missing. It is one of the local PBS channels. It is still broadcasting, for sure, as I can tune it with other tuner software, and usually has a full slate of programming. So I find it odd that it suddenly is no longer a channel I see any Guide info for and cannot access.
I do know that the KTCA and KTCI broadcasts did change a bit in the last few months; they did readjust their frequencies and antenna. But they should still be in the Guide, right? I did try re-scanning channels and that didn’t seem to help either.

Just. noticed that every channel and every timer slot is ‘unknown’ for me. I missed recording ‘Bake off’ and am in a lot of trouble.
Replying here per Plex support instructions to fix erros in Plex Server TV EPG for my broadcast area. Hoping this effort fixes the glitch. Cheers.

Looking at Gracenote data for channel 5 for 1st December - the schedule was last updated in the afternoon of the 30th November
My last server EPG refresh was at 04:53 am this morning and I did have TBAs but a refresh at 10:01 am cleared them out. So I think it is late availability of data and the several stages / processes that need to happen before the guide is refreshed
I am finding out how many hours it takes to process gracenote updates - once the data is ingested by our back end systems and cache cleared - the Plex Media Server overnight scheduled task would run and refresh the guide.
For channel 5 there is at this minute a TBA for a movie on the 5th December at 15:15 but that only got into the gracenote data today - so I think channel 5 are not getting their data in time. Even their website guide only shows data up to the 4th December - No access outside UK
Unknown Airings tends to arise if there are gaps - There are no gaps at the moment for UK channels - let me know when you see Unknown Airing - I am assuming that is what you meant and it was not a To Be Announced
Every channel said “Unknown”. A refresh of the EPG brought it all back, but it must have been like that for several days as it had missed “Bake Off” from Tuesday. I don’t check the EPG from day to day.

Still a whole missing channel here in zip code 55116 and the surrounding areas for antenna broadcast. Thanks in advance for taking a look.

Over the last month I’ve noticed that the episode synopsis was incorrect on one of my DVR shows (Eastenders - UK soap opera).
When I cross-checked with TVDB, I could see that the episode number was incorrect - the number was a week ahead (see attached images 1_1, 1_2, & 1_3).
The line-up name - Freeview (see attached DVR settings screenshot)
Channel number and channel name - 001 BBCLDN
Issue - When looking at the DVR recordings folder and comparing to TVDB, I can see that the incorrect episode titles (numbers) started to be assigned on 24/10/23 (see attached DVR recordings screenshot).
The episode number on 24/10/23 should’ve been 171, but 175 was assigned by the DVR instead (see attached TVDB screenshot).

The Plex TV guide is incorrect for Chanels 53.2,53.5, and 53.6.
It appears that I am receiving the PST TV feed but the guide is for EST.
I had the same problem with the HD Homerun TV app and they changed the listing to PST which fixed their problem. After that I tried refreshing the guide but that has not fixed the problem on PLEX. Please Help PLEX staff!
