Out of curiosity, can you pick up other PBS stations? Here in Maryland, new episodes of ToH & AtoH air on Thu evenings. Some of “side” PBS channels will rebroadcast on Sat. I don’t recall if they show up as new or not. I know this coming week, the Thu episodes are marked as New, at least in my DVR guide
about 6 months to a year ago my area Meridian Ms (39305) added a few stations the guide still hasn’t updated to include them
24.4 Grit
24.5 Laff
24.6 Mystery
24.7 defy
24.8 newsy
I’ve tried. Philadelphia PBS isn’t picked up most of the time and MD PBS stations won’t come in at all at my location. Ironically, I can pick up most other Philly channels.
That stinks.
Here’s a general question to anyone that watches PBS stations. My local MD & Washington DC stations suck in that they will take break in the airing of episodes. This Saturday & next Saturday there are no new listing of America’s Test Kitchen or Lidia’s Kitchen.
Lidia’s Kitchen has at least one episode to air locally. The last episode S11E26 is on the PBS website and only available via PBS Passport
And based on the PBS website, I’m at least two episodes behind on America’s Test Kitchen since they have not aired locally.
Is this common behavior among PBS stations?
Lineup: Freeview
Country: United Kingdom
Postcode: WS9
Channel: 020 DRAMUK (Drama)
Show: Sister Boniface Mysteries
Sister Boniface Mysteries has the wrong episode numbers for season 3.
It appears that the Christmas special was treated as episode 1 of season 3, rather than a special, throwing off the numbering of the season 3 episodes.
Plex has this for next Friday’s episode at 9 PM, showing it as episode 3:
While the Radio Times listing correctly has it as episode 2:
Just noticed today that a program did not record due to no local guide data?
The current season of MasterChef (US) is listed in the EPG as season 23, though It’s actually season 14. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SEASON 23!
Season 14 Episode 1 recorded fine the first week, but the second week the guide changed it to season to 23.
I have two PMS, in different TV markets, postal code, etc…, and the season is mis-identified as S23 in the EPG on both. Have a look at TVDB and they have good info on the series. Heck, even Fox has the correct info on their website. How can the EPG provider NOT have the right info to publish? I don’t know, but it’s apparent that they don’t care to check the veracity of the data they publish for us poor users. That’s some hot garbage, right there.

Channel: 041 LEGENDVM (Legend) and 011 SKYMIX (Sky Mix)
Show: The Twilight Zone
I had The Twilight Zone (1959) scheduled to record, but this has stopped picking up new episodes despite these being on the Legend channel.
This appears to be because the Sky Mix channel is now showing episodes of The Twilight Zone (2019) and the DVR is treating the two shows as the same.
The upcoming episodes showing in the DVR are a mixture of those from the 1959 and 2019 shows:

Any update on when the Story Channel can be added? This is my third request. The initial request was months go.
This post is getting ubber long, is there a better way to post issues about EPG? anyway, i’m following the thread of instructions started here:
