I’m in the South West and BBC1 HD is also incorrectly tagged here! Postcode area PL20
Also I’m missing data for a few channels like some others have reported! There is data missing for BBC1 HD, ITV1 HD, Channel 4 HD and Channel 5 HD this evening for instance.

Thought i was going mad. Same issue here. Channel 4 listings for 9pm missing among others.
Thank you for your response. I am missing the EPG Channel data for these 34. channels. So I cannot add them. The TitanTV guide shows the channel data, so I know it’s available.

Perfect. I see the channels on the tuner but the channels of 34 have no matching epg channel data so plex does not add them due to no epg data. So thanks for sending the Gracenotes
Hello In Puerto Rico zip code 00627 the EPG is not mapping the correct channels. Example channel 2.11 does not have an associated EPG channel mapping. Also channel 4.3 has also incorrect channel label it is not mega TV

Hello, thanks for fixing the postcode EPG data for DE73, for channel “101 BBC ONE EMid HD” I can select “001 BBC One East Midlands HD (BBC1EMHD)” as the guide data.
But the guide appears confused…
I deselected channel 001 as I don’t want it (its SD not HD), and chose 101 as above.
But I am seeing channel “001 BBC1EMHD” in my guide, and no channel 101.
It seems that 101 guide data is incorrectly set to London as below:
This should be the situation ideally:
Channel 001 is BBC1 EM SD, it should have SD data.
Channel 101 is BBC1 EM HD, it should have HD data.
I have referred this to our EPG ingestion team - highlighting these TBAs in schedules for 9th to 13th May

correct - the channel numbers we go with are the ones from the EPG and not the Tuner
So in your case
Tuner channel 1 - disabled
Tuner channel 101 - matched to EPG channel 1 BBC One East Midlands HD
This will show as channel 1 and not 101 but will be using the BBC One East Midlands HD schedule from Gracenote
I have asked gracenote to re-open the issue relating to regional BBC1 HD channels as they added them as channel 1 and not 101
