I would like to suggest 2 enhancements for the server/web-based and app.

  1. You should look at how Channels (https://getchannels.com/) has enabled the guide to load and navigate quickly. Plus, it’s able to have seamless streaming.
  2. How Channels (https://getchannels.com/) and Windows Media Center allows for OTA and Cable Card tuners to work together and manage the priority order.

If you can get those two options to work, Plex would be on-top of the competition.
