Hey,
I’ve had a strange issue occur intermittently with Plex and wondering if anyone else is getting this. Was watching Live TV this morning and suddenly the picture froze, I checked xTeve which reported the client had disconnected, so I’ve grabbed the server logs and I’ve found the below line:
Streaming Resource: Terminated session 0xb5dd500:5d3d73dbe6a84364-com-plexapp-android with reason Client stopped playback.
But the app was open, Wi-Fi is a constant strong signal strength, one of only 5 wireless devices connected and not far from the router. So I grabbed the logs from the device and got the key line below:

Unsure where to go at this point, as my Plex server is saying the client disconnected, but my client is saying it got a 404, which if there had been a network drop I wouldn’t expect.
Any advice would be appreciated? I’ve saved off all the logs if required for review, as I’ve not submitted logs before I’m unaware of any redacting of data that may be required.
Thanks,
