I’ve got Plex server running on Shield and a Mac Mini. Both are running the latest versions and neither of them are showing any sort of movie extras.
I’ve got both servers setup for extras but nothing. I don’t get any trailers or film extras.
Any ideas?
I don’t know if the Shield is anything special in this regard, but these instructions should get you going:
Forgot to mention I’ve gone over all of the instructions for getting extras and trailers to work. None of these features are working in either of my two libraries.
Could it be possible Plex Pass is not enabled even though I’ve paid for it?
is your server ‘signed in’ to plex.tv?
Settings - Server - General
is it signed in with the same plex account which you are using to access this forum?
Shut down your server for a few minutes, then start it again and wait another 2 minutes.
Then access the IP address of the server machine with your browser and post the output here
