Server and client are both at the latest versions.
If I set the server to secure connections required, my LAN LG TV won’t connect to the server. Is there any way to tell Plex to enforce secure connections, but allow a local device to use insecure connection?
Some TVs can no longer use secure communications, whether local or remote.

No. @elyograg asked for the same thing just a few days ago, and it seems like a good option for these orphaned TVs. You guys could create a Feature Suggestions post for it.
The workaround today would be to use a proxy server. That could be done in one of two ways - it could provide encrypted (only) connections to the Internet, or (possibly simpler) it could provide non-encrypted connections to the TV.
