Local TV Extras feature isn't working on multiple clients

Followed the guidance in this article to the letter: https://support.plex.tv/articles/local-files-for-tv-show-trailers-and-extras/

Local extras are not appearing with my TV shows, but online trailers are.

Per the article, I know there are various levels of support of this feature on different clients, yet I’m getting the same result on:
Android 8.23.1.28053
Web 4.63.0
Windows 1.35.1.2632-c6783c78
Roku
LG Smart TV

Server is QNAP version 1.23.4

Was super excited for the new TV extras support, but can’t sort out why they’re not being seen. Screenshots of file naming and structure attached, along with screenshots of player view and logs.

Any ideas welcome!!

TV Extra support is really limited right now. I had the same confusion at first. I’m loading the extras but can’t really use them yet. Have to use my iPhone to make sure I’m loading them correctly. I’m not sure why your Android wouldn’t show them though. It will be nice when this is a universally supported feature.

Have you tried them inline instead of in ‘Extra’ folders?

Names look ok and all clients should support those extras on the show-level.
You need to refresh the show’s metadata for Plex to pick those extras up.
