Locked out becasue of two different accounts over a couple of years

Installed Plex and auto logs me into a old account. I paid for Plex Pass under a different account and would like to run under that one. However when I log out of Plex with the old account and log in with the new one it states that I need to download and install the server (which I already have done). I went to regedit “plex server” and renamed that entry to PMS then uninstalled Pled then reinstalled Plex but it still logs me in under the wrong account. There must be more registry entries that need to be fixed. A registry GURU I am NOT!!!

  1. Shut down your plex server with the task tray icon
  2. Delete the 4 keys from the registry, which are listed in here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
  3. start your Plex server and “claim” it
