i bought qnap Ts-1635AX then i setup plex server .i pass many step till plex require me to register.Then i registered with plex yesterday. but after i get account from plex and go to log in plex on the qnap but my plex account cannot see the qnap device.
Give us the details about your network and your computers, how they get their IP addresses and what those are.
When you try to connect, screenshot the entire web browser window so we can see what’s going on.
