Does anyone know how to change the background for the sign-in page for Plex Server?

No I always log into my server.
Its on my pc.
The account you log into is a Plex.tv account, managed and controlled by the Plex company. It then passes over a token to your client that tells it how to connect to your Plex server (locally, or over the internet) and a secure token that allows your client to connect to and see your server.
This sign-in page is actually a web page out in the internet on Plex’s servers. You cannot change Plex’s server login pages.
