Long running TV show won't Scrape

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2571 on Unraid system
Player Version#: 7.30.0.16390 (5d527228)
Using TVDB and Plex Scanner

So I have an issue that’s been driving me nuts and hoping you all can help
I have been trying to get metadata for all 31 episodes of the simpsons but the scrapping always stops at season 27
I have removed all the seasons, done the plex dance and added them one at a time, changed naming conventions to match various options for TVDB, and have blown away TVDB cache and rebuilt it and still when season 27+ is dropped into the folder no data is pulled
And I know it’s not the naming, and this is where I’m at my wits end, if I remove seasons 27-31 put them in their own Simpsons folder they pull data just fine, it’s when I join them with the rest of the show is where they fail
Googling showed me there have been a lot of issues with Season 27+ however none of the fixes I’ve found on here, and other boards seem to help
Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry about that I knew I’d forget some piece of info

Currently it’s

TV Shows
-> The Simpsons
->-> SXX.EXX

All files are MP4
Some with meta data like The Simpsons SXXEXX others with no meta data at all

Like I said though I’ve tried multiple iterations
Same folder structure I’ve also used:
The Simpsons - SXX.EXX
The Simpsons - SXXEXX

• Doing the Plex Dance and rebooting the docker and server each change for good measure

With LMA in priority, Embedded Titles within MP4/M4V files are preferred - even over a perfect file name. Local Media Assets should - AT ALL TIMES - remain enabled (unless specifically instructed to turn it off). Local Media Assets should be ‘Demoted’, to the bottom of the stack of active agents under ALL tabs in Shows and Movies, but should NOT be disabled. The purpose of this is to remove all cached metadata and xml data for an item that Plex usually keeps. Thanks for the suggestions sorry to report they didn’t work though something odd happened
After restructuring the show just like you recommended, nothing happened
After the Plex dance nothing happened
Removing all files and plex dancing a second time, then adding the season 1 at a time until fully scrapped did sort of work
I managed to scrape the newer seasons first, then some of the older ones, the ones in between until there were five left
The same number not scraping as the original problem
I had thought looking at other users posts that season 27+ was an issue with scrapping
But does Plex limit the number of season that can scrape to 28?
I just can’t see why 5 seasons (12, 16, 19, 23, 28) won’t scrape
When I know they all can scrape just fine when in folders not of 27+ seasons

Well, dunno about that - I recently scraped about 48 thousand episodes when I restructured by TV Show Library - without issue.

I will say that very recently I can get a ‘Match’ pretty quickly, but the actual stuff does arrive slower than it used to. Not so much I’d break down and cry or anything, but I’d call it ‘Sluggish’.
