for everyone who is searching for the previous server install spk for Synology: https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.16.3.1433-359b06978/synology/PlexMediaServer-1.16.3.1433-359b06978-x86_64.spk Here it is. This fixes the problem. Just uninstall and reinstall the plex app. All settings will still be there after uninstallation.

It’s not a fix. It’s a backstep.
Given how the Downloads page is structured, which it has been since 1.0.0,
Everyone is advised to keep their own copy of previous versions.
We will start removing direct download links from the Forums.
Hey Chuck any chance of a stable version for synology where alexa actually works as current version has many problems as in no playback after one song, error cannot connect as mentioned in lots of threads on here currently running 1.18.1.1973-0f4abfbcc with loads of issues for alexa
