Lost access to server on a synology DS416play

Hello folks, I had a series of power outages last week and can no longer access my plex server on the synology. I updated the server to the latest version and deleted the server from “authorized devices” when attempting to follow troubleshooting instructions here, but haven’t been able to access it. Before deleting the server from authorized devices I was getting the ‘no soup for you’ error.

I tried following Trumpy81’s tips here:

But at step 6 I don’t have the option in Settings > Server > General to claim any server. (this was before I deleted from authorized devices) I go to settings and there is no “server” option.

I’m totally stumped and don’t know how to proceed. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Cancel that. I stopped the plex server, restarted the synology, restarted the server and it allowed me to reclaim.
