Channel number/Name: 101 BBC1 HD
I’ve lost 1 HD channel - BBC1. When I try to play it I get the error “Playback error. Could not tune channel” - as dar as I can tell the rest of the channels (inc HD) are working fine.
Initially I had also lost this channel when I ran a test on the Hauppauge app (WinTV10) but I updated that app, updated the drivers and re scanned and now it works on that app.
On Plex I have deleted and re-added the PVR several times and on the most recent (following info on an old related thread) I tried a different postcode - all to no avail.
This feels like Plex is not deleting all info when I delete the DVR (but that’s just a guess)
Any clues? Are there server config files I could delete to ensure old data is purged.
