Please help me pull up my libraries as this is what my kids watch all the time. This update sucks! I can see all my libraries on my web app but the iPhone app and Apple TV app I have no access to my libraries and don’t even like what movies you offer.

bringing us back to the beginning… which exact version of the PMS do you currently have installed on your server? (e.g. via Plex Web: Settings > Server > General)

I’m having the same problem Libraries on Apple devices appear empty, on a Roku Tv is working I’m using a shield tv as a server , is there an update for it?

So I loaded the update on my web app with all my libraries and still nothing on the iPhone app and Apple TV.

So I downloaded the Plex Dash and guess what? It recognizes my libraries. So frustrating. Also why is there not a person to talk to to help figure this out?

Give it a try and reboot the server. When done, try to force-quit the apps on your iPhone and Apple TV before giving it another shot.

Didn’t work. Here are a few pictures of what I see. Home Plex has some Access to the right but no drop down for my libraries. The other Plex option has the drop downs. I don’t want that drop down I want my libraries to appear. [image] [image]

In which case you might actually look into updating your Plex Media Server. Your version dates back to December 2018… that’s a lot of fixes :wink:

I tried that last night and it ran all night but never updated. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Plex have just released a hot fix to their clients for iOS and Apple TV that should address this issue. Maybe it’s worth noting you might want to disable automatic updates for your Plex clients if your server can no longer be updated…
