Lost server

Server Version#:1.41.4.9463-630c9f557-aarch64.tpk

Server was running through Terra master F2-210 nas. Received an email from plex that someone logged in from a location I didn’t recognize but I didn’t realize the new isp I switched to randomizes my location… so it was me logging in. But I changed my password per the suggestion on the site and lost access to my server and have tried following some of the forums on here but cannot seem to locate my server. Now I also seem unable to get the plex server application on my TNAS to provide the option to reset the server settings and start the process to start setting up a new server.

If you opted to sign out all devices when changing your password, you’ll need to re-claim the server (as it’s been signed out too). Same as with the first installation… make sure to access the server using the bundled version of the web app locally (e.g. http://[local NAS IP]:32400/web from within the same subnet).

Thank you. I did try that and no matter where i log in from I get “The server is unreachable, make sure its running, double check your network and try again.”

Are you on the same subnet?
Is that a Plex error message or a generic browser status message?
