Mac Mini Catalina 10.15 + FLIRC + Harmony 665

I replaced my 2009 Mac Mini with a 2018 Mac Mini and a lot has changed in ways of controlling things.

Server Version#:1.19.3.2764-ef515a800
Player Version#:1.10.0.1208-daa6b641

  1. Add FLIRC to Mac Mini 2018 via USB port
  2. Install Harmony Software on Windows Computer
  3. Add FLIRC and PLEX profile to Harmony 665 Remote
  4. Launch Plex for Mac.
  5. Controller does not work for Plex

I have been at this for 2 weeks to no avail. Just to make sure it was not the controller I installed Kodi and the Kodi FLIRC profile from Harmony software and it works like a charm. The problem is I like Plex and have been using it since the fork from XBMC and want to continue to use it. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am hoping I am overlooking some minor detail.
