So I’ve been running this version for more than a year or so. Just recently last two week the interface to “match” media was there for tv shows. It’s not anymore. But it is available for the Movies section. Did the standard plex reboot.

Keep in mind that you’ll only have the option to match/fix match/unmatch tv show items on the tv-show level (not for seasons or episodes)!
Yeah, thats what I’m trying to do I’m selecting the tv show itself like I’ve done countless other times but for some reason now it’s not letting me. On a related not working note. The home section doesn’t provide a summary update. Just has Plex’s recommendation from tv show and movies. Thats something new. It’s setup on an automatic recommendation. With that I expected I would show newly added movies or tv show but it also no longer does that that was as of yesterday day prior it was working as expected
My guess is that’s a Season.
If you click the name of the show (not the poster image) it should go to the Show’s detail page.
Then click the ... menu on that screen - any different?
Your guess is right, it is a tv season. Yeah that got it to work.
Is this something that changed? Since I’ve been using the triple dot interface on the poster for quite some time. Never clicking the name then the triple dots.
Very odd.
Also, all of a sudden the home interface reverted back to the original expected state. Can’t explain that occurring randomly either.
It was an easy guess; I’ve done the same thing and wondered “where’s Fix Match???” many times myself.
There are Library and Show-level settings for how Plex handles shows with just one season. It can suppress showing Season 1 for single-season shows, if you like.
Not sure if I’d like to suppress the showing. Ideally for any tv shows I’d like to standardize interface across all tv shows the same interface.
Seems odd to disable it for a show with only one season. It’s like saying hey since its one season lets make you go through additional steps and confuse you for some arbitrary season 1 reasoning.
A tvshow is a tv show doesn’t matter how many season it has. So the interface should be universal.
