I’m looking at my grid of hundreds of movies and many of them are unmatched. I have to click on each individual movie and THEN click match, because for some reason it isn’t doable from the grid screen. Why?
If your media is named correctly, it will match by itself.

Can you show a couple examples, exactly as you have them, which are not matching?
They were matching by themselves, until I reinstalled windows and therefore reinstalled my plex server. When Plex scanned the entire library at once, it skipped over half of my movies that were previously matching automatically. (when added one by one)
Regardless, I see no reason why the “fix match” button should not be available from the grid screen like the “add to playlist” button is.
Is this an app issue or a server issue ? Which OS ?
I will need to see the DEBUG (not VERBOSE) logs (ZIP file) of an attempted “Refresh all metadata” to see what it isn’t doing
