I have a server on my local network that I am experiencing some strange issues with.
-Admin account able to access from all devices
–IOS
–Android
–XBOX One
-Managed users show the server as offline on all the same devices.
-Managed users are able to access libraries from the local server, not from any other devices.
Troubleshooting so far:
-Confirmed libraries are shared with users
-Rebooted network equipment (router and modem)
-Rebooted client devices
-Rebooted server
-Checked for updates on all devices, including plex server software
