Is there any tag in the SQL db I can change to get it working for my family?
Me as admin it works fine. I have enabled them under home and given access to live TV not working.
The only managed user in your Plex Home is the “Guest” account.
All other users are regular (i.e. non-managed) accounts which have been invited to the Home. Inviting a regular account to your Plex Home doesn’t turn it into a managed account.
But that is just an aside remark.

then click on an affected user’s name,
then on “Restrictions”,
what is set under “Live TV & DVR Access”?
I can assure you this is NOT a configuration problem!
This is family (My children and my Wife) added to
“Plex Home” 3 accounts and me as Admin.
Creating a new Home user and give that user TV access is working.
Its old Home user account that somehow during the last 10 years dosen’t work.
And I dont want to delete 10 years of registered status of what is watched and liked
What happens if you revoke their access from all servers, except the one which has the TV tuner?
Sorry there where only on one server.
I later tried to add them to another didn’t resolve the problem.
Somewhere during the many upgrades the Live TV option stopped working.
There must be something in the DB on the old user that I can delete.
Since new users work?
But that Home user is a true managed user, not a regular user who gets invited to your Home, right?
