Managed Users do not have Server access

I have already reclaimed by server via this tutorial (“Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in?”).

Admin user has claimed the server and can play anything, however when using a Manager User, the following message appears and nothing can be played:

Not authorized
You do not have access to this server.
You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our support article.

Any help?

This is all local, using Plex via Synology NAS.

Player Version#: Version 4.125.1

Did you share the libraries of this server with your managed users after reclaiming it?

I’ve had to reclaim my server multiple times over the course of having it for a few years and I’ve never had to ‘reassign’ Libraries to my users again…
