Managed Users & Firestick

Hi all

I currently have Plex Pass and I’m making full use of Plex Cloud without (most of the time) any issues.

I’ve created a new Family Managed account called KIDS and have granted it access to only 1 library. On my iPhone I understand how to switch from my main account to “KIDS” and vice versa. However, I am trying to do the same on my Amazon Firestick but can’t see how I can select “KIDS”.

When I choose settings, I have the usual options - SERVER - USER - SETTINGS - and expected to click on USER to choose either the main account (PIN Protected) or KIDS. It doesn’t seem to work :frowning:

Can anyone please advise how I can get the managed user KIDS to be default on the Firestick?

I’ve answered my own question!

I was doing everything correct but needed to sign out completely and re-link my Firestick to Plex. Now it works as hoped/expected.
