Management not showing up

If this needs moved go ahead and move it. I have had the Plex Server running for at least a year. and lately periodically when I try to maintain things on my server it will not let me. It only shows online sources not my media files in my server. Yet when I switch to managed users it shows the music just fine. Also when I use the Plex App on my windows PC or my phone. It seems to work fine. Only comes up when I use the web interface to maintain it or trying to get my Sonos system to see music I have stored in my library.

It is very annoying when it had worked fine for a while and now it is giving me weird issues.

When you go to switch user which user has the crown icon?
That is the admin of the server and if it is not your user (which sounds like it might be the case) that would explain why you can’t manage the server. It also sounds like if that is the case that your own server isn’t shared with you.

I’m not really sure how that would have happened but at least it’s a direction to point you in.
