Manually assign Server address on Samsung Plex App

I have a server running on a ship which has very limited internet, I have a Plex server running on a network that has no internet access at all and many TV’s are also on the same network and they access the server using the web browser and server IP address.
However I have a few Samsung TV’s with the Plex app from the smart hub, but I cant get into any settings to manually add the Plex Server Address. Is there a work around for this please?

I also have the same issue on Hisense TV’s The Plex server can be accessed using the Web browser on the TV but not in the app. I need a way to manually assign the Server IP address from the app on the TV?
