Manually specify public port greyed out, not available

Server Version#: DS412+
Player Version#: 1.18.1.1973

Unable to setup Remote Access. Signed into my account and clicking on “Claim Server” produces a spinning wheel but noting happens. I’m unable to setup “manually specify public port” but the selection is greyed out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Followed the steps outlined in Q16. I received error message 500, went through the troubleshooting steps and realized the NAS was not able to access the internet. Found and corrected the issue, now I’m back to being able to accessing PLEX outside my network.
