New server set up and can't enable remote access

I’ve just set up my new server and I can’t enable remote access plus the manually specify public port check box is greyed out. When I click on claim server i get an error message saying no soup for you…

Anyone know of a fix for this issue?

Bottom line is Plex should have a contact number!!! Im having the same issue!! Must be millennial owned, to afraid to talk LIVE with someone!! I miss the old days when a business would walk someone thru a problem VIA PHONE CALL!!! I did everything I was told to do as far as Port Forwarding plus im switching servers and its been nothing but a pain in the ass!! NO REMOTE ACCESS!!

If the whining and crying is done, I will help where I can. Today happens to be full product launch for all the server platforms.

It is one of those few times “Please take a number. I’ll be with you as soon as we can.”

FYI, It’s not millenial owned and I am by NO means a millennial. FAR from it.
In my experience, only millennials want instant gratification without doing the work. (not stereotyping the hard working ones either…)

Linux is not for beginners. Never was.

@PDD17
If you’ll give me a bit, I will help as soon as I can. I’m a bit swamped here fixing the major deployment issues with the new system which went live today in Beta.

Bumps were expected. I ended up with a few more on the Linux side than I planned but Linux also had the most work done as well so I guess all things being equal, not bad? (I still have hair on my head -hahahaha)

@PDD17

Would you please restart PMS,

Let it run for 60 seconds with Remote Access enabled and the NAS otherwise idle.

Then go to Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs

It will present you with a ZIP file.
Please attach that ZIP file here for me to inspect.

Thanks.
