It would be great if you could get and set the read or not read status of podcasts.
You can but the issue is that you can’t do it in bulk, ie episode by episode, unless there is a way for podcast series by series. No bulk for several series at once.
It is only really a pain when subscribing to a new podcast (say news) and don’t want to listen to the old catalog, or when switching from another application to Plex and have actually already listened to all of the episodes.
