Matched Music Tags Not Populating

Music that is properly matched in Plex will not populate the ‘Tags’ window, including genre. I can see it is matched, I can see the album genres are listed in the Musicbrainz database but Plex is not pulling in that data. I am using Plex Music as scanner and agent. How can I fix this?

For example: Album: 39 Seconds by Marcus Warner.
