Update:
The Plex Media Agent is now working again and the same goes for subtitle search.
- Go to your server’s dashboard and check for an update. Install update if necessary and reboot the server.

Previously:
There was an error being generated. I’m trying to narrow down as to if there is a database corruption as it seems the plugin for the agent is not being found.
Network tests show that the server is having issues resolving Plex.tv, but all of my tests show that the network and DNS are fine.
Checking for updates inside prior to rebooting the container — I did see there was a PMS update. Not sure if there was a roll back, but in rebooting the Docker, I didn’t see anything in the Docker logs about PMS being updated or rolled back.
I did come across this thread: Plex Media Server - #598 by chris_decker08 which talks about a temporary roll back in effect.
