I’ve migrated my PMS install from an old FreeNAS jail to a new iocage jail within FreeNAS. I did so by installing PMS in the new jail and then copying the old PMS folder into the appropriate place. Doing that worked out fine, except that some posters didn’t load properly. Upon trying to fix that I noticed that neither the metadata download nor the matching works. I added a new show and it wasn’t matched, so I tried to do that manually. In manual search, there is one emtpy search result (see picture), no matter what I type in or which agent I use to search. Auto-matching doesn’t work either
I figured it might be related to migrating the server, so I made a clean install in another jail, but the same happens. Everything is added, but there are no posters, no metadata, not even the proper show name. Matchmaking there does not work either.
I have attached a clean log. I deleted everything I had before, started up PMS, then updated the metadata for one movie (Mission Impossible Fallout) and then did a manual search with all agents. Same behavior, nothing happened. Hope it’s visible in the logs. I turned on debug and disabled verbose logging.
