I have a headache inducing problem. First things first, first time caller, medium time user here. I have had a plex media server for a bit, but have always had some issues with iOS and/or Apple devices playing media from it.
Now, onto the problem, some movies/TV Shows play fine, others do not. We borrowed a Roku, everything plays fine. Tried on the PS4, same thing, some times play fine the others do not. The media that doesn’t play well will start to play then “buffer” every 10-15 seconds, play some more until it eventually just continually buffers. As this was working on the Roku, I don’t think it is my network speed (but, if you are wondering and I imagine that you are, everything is hardwired through a gigabit switch {minus the phones/tablets}). So, I am at a loss.
I know logs will be required and I am happy to pull them and send them off where ever they need to go. Or provide screen shots of settings if needed.
