Pretty often i have some content i cannot watch on my PS4 but i know its valid. Usually MKV files(MPEG4-AVC) which plays everywhere fine, but Plex doesn't seem to handle it very well?
Since this is a monthly fee program i would love to see staff addressing this sooner. I guess they are busy busy.

You mean the PS4 plex client doesn't handle some of your media well? This would not be up to Plex Media Server devs, but the devs for the PS4 app. This also assumes that the media in question is compatible with what the app is able to play.
Without any details on the media you're having issues with, I'm afraid no one will be able to confirm your issues.
more info would be helpful also like what you are using to run the plex media server ?
