Some Media dont play

Server Version#: Version 1.15.2.793
Player Version#: 3.90.1 ( i think)

some of my Media does not play and my friend has to close the app on his PS4 and reopen it so it can play. i have also seen this with my PS4 some times. not sure if Plex crashes or does not know the media. has anyone else have this issue?

check the compatibility with the video files. It normally should transcode the file to a compatible format to play on the ps4, but still check that.
