Media library scan not resulting in an update

Player Version#: 8.45 (9684)

I am not seeing updates to my library despite new files being present, specifically Madagascar 3 Europe’s Most Wanted (2012). I have tried adding and confirming the library files are present, but no luck. It’s probably simple, just missing it. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Log files are attached.

Stopped the Plex service, allowed to settle, started, scan library, same result
