since the latest update my windows box reboots every time it is doing the sync/SCAN process. I have looked in the articles and my pc has 128GB of Ram it is an Intel i9 12900KF Alder Lake-S and none of the cpu’s are maxed out and neither is the RAM as your articles suggest to look for.

At first I thought it was a problem with my hardware. I actually reinstalled windows from the beginning and started over. Everything runs fine until I loaded plex and it starts its SCAN. How can I find an older version to get back to especially since I have blown away the PC that had the old version since I have been dealing with this since the update and just didn’t pin it on the update since I had a hard drive that was failing and thought it might be that but it is replaced and good. Everything is good just when I start Plex and it starts it’s scan it literally shuts off the PC and I have to push the power button to get it back on. All logs just say you computer shut down unexpectedly. This was not happening until after the new version and having a vanilla version with this beefy PC leads me to look at this version. I can’t see anywhere I can download the last version that was running perfectly. No issues what so ever. This is a windows 11 PC

kind of hard to provide old logs but I can get them the latest after the reinstall. And the CPU is within temps when watching the temp. I

If you’ve a GPU, what make/model? If Nvidia, what driver version? If AMD, are the drivers up to date?

Re-create the problem so the Plex logs capture it occurring.

Then navigate to the Plex data folder, zip the Logs directory, and attach to the thread.
